A public statement of Shellvoide's commitment to information security, the principles that govern how we operate, and the accountability behind them.
Shellvoide LLC ("Shellvoide") is a cybersecurity company providing offensive security services and the KLUE penetration testing platform to clients across enterprise, SaaS, and government sectors. Protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information is fundamental to everything we do, for our own systems, our clients, and our platform users. This statement summarizes our commitment to information security and applies to all Shellvoide personnel, systems, and services.
Our Commitment
We protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of client, employee, and company information, including the sensitive data handled during security engagements.
We comply with the legal, regulatory, and contractual information security obligations that apply to our business.
We identify, assess, and treat information security risk through a structured, risk-based approach.
We maintain an Information Security Management System (ISMS) that is designed, implemented, certified, and maintained in conformance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
We ensure every member of our team is trained in, and accountable for, information security practices appropriate to their role.
We apply the same rigor to securing our own environment and the KLUE platform that we apply when testing our clients' systems.
We plan for, test, and continually improve our ability to detect, respond to, and recover from security incidents.
We hold our suppliers and partners to information security expectations consistent with this statement.
Scope
This statement applies to Shellvoide's operations, all Shellvoide personnel and contractors, and the systems and platforms — including KLUE — through which we deliver our services.
Governance and Accountability
Accountability for information security sits with Shellvoide's executive leadership, which sponsors our Information Security Management System and is accountable for its effectiveness.
This statement is reviewed at least annually and updated as our business, technology, and risk environment evolve.
Reporting a Security Concern
If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability affecting Shellvoide's systems or the KLUE platform, we want to hear from you. We are committed to responding promptly and working collaboratively toward resolution, consistent with responsible disclosure practice.
